Compensation and Location

Experience and Education
- Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry within a commercial, investment, or private banking environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client needs, identify opportunities, and provide tailored financial guidance in collaboration with partners or independently to ensure recommendations align with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and surpass targets.
- Establish a reputation for excellence and effective execution; build trust with partners by accurately assessing needs to cultivate banking opportunities for their clients.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for branch inquiries on available products and services.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and craft strategies to retain existing business and win new clients.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with branch managers, associates, and all partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of financial services experience in a commercial, investment, or private bank setting.
- Series 6 and 63 (or 66) securities licenses required; Series 7 preferred.
- Proven track record in business development in partnership with centers of influence.
- Strong understanding of local community needs and active community involvement.
- Knowledge of credit products including residential mortgage products, home equity lines of credit, and commercial credit facilities.
- Experience assessing the financial needs of diverse client profiles.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, branch managers, associates, financial advisors, loan officers, and other product specialists.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking and lending products, including deposits and cash management.
- Ability to screen, manage, and decline transactions efficiently while maintaining client relationships.
- Excellent business development and marketing capabilities with a consistent track record of top results.
- Poise and professionalism when engaging with affluent clients in challenging situations.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Superior oral and written communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
