Licensed Premier Relationship Banker (Series 7/66, Life/Health)

Rhinebeck Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Premier Relationship Banker (Series 7/66, Life/Health) to join our branch network in Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. In this client-focused role, you will drive deposit growth, consumer lending, and investment opportunities while delivering exceptional service. Leverage your sales, service, and lending expertise to build lasting relationships and connect customers with suitable financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers to identify banking, lending, and investment opportunities that align with their needs.
• Consumer loan origination, including home equity loans, while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.
• Direct clients to Financial Advisors or Mortgage Loan Partners as appropriate to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
• Mentor and coach junior Universal Bankers to support their development and success.
• Provide branch coverage by traveling between locations as needed to serve customers and support branch growth.

Licensing and Certifications

• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and a NYS Life/Health Insurance License are required.

Experience and Skills

• Proven success in outbound sales and relationship management.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Organization and coaching abilities to prioritize tasks and guide junior staff to success.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Other Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between branches as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
