As a Wealth Management Private Banker, you will collaborate with branch leadership, financial advisors, and both commercial and residential lending teams to deliver tailored financial guidance across our product lines. The role focuses on attracting high-value clients and expanding relationships by evaluating deposits, lending, and investment needs.

The annual compensation for this role ranges from $95,100.00 to $129,300.00, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. Final decisions align with Fremont Bank’s compensation philosophy.

Position Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and opportunities, delivering well-informed financial recommendations in collaboration with partners or independently to align with each client’s goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
- Establish a standard of excellence and execution, building confidence with partners by fully developing banking opportunities for their clients.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for branch inquiries about the bank's products and services.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and create strategies to retain existing business and win new relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with branch managers, associates, and all partners to align efforts and maximize results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years in financial services with experience in commercial, investment, or private banking.
- Licenses: Series 6 and 63 or 66 required; Series 7 is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop business in partnership with centers of influence.
- Strong awareness of local community needs and involvement.
- Knowledge of credit products including residential mortgages, home equity lines of credit, and commercial facilities.
- Ability to understand the financial needs of diverse client segments.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, branch staff, financial advisors, loan officers, and product specialists.
- Solid knowledge of all banking and lending products including deposits and cash management.
- Ability to screen, manage, and, when necessary, decline transactions while preserving client relationships.
- Strong business development and marketing capabilities with a track record of top results.
- Professional demeanor under pressure when dealing with affluent clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage client expectations.
- Collaborative team player who works well in a group setting.
- Completion of formal credit training is highly preferred.
