Overview

This role, based in Horsham, PA 19044, collaborates with Wealth Financial Advisors and Certified Financial Planners to form the Citizens Private Client team.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients into a Book of Business through outbound calls and in-branch or partner introductions.
  • Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances by conducting thorough discovery and financial planning discussions, identifying a client’s goals, and presenting personalized strategies aligned with those objectives.
  • Strengthen and retain client relationships through proactive outbound engagements driven by life events, financial triggers, and other insights.
  • Provide exceptional, high-touch client experiences.
  • Collaborate with Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners to help clients reach their financial goals.
  • Partner with colleagues in Retail, Business Banking, Mortgage, and Wealth to deliver a seamless experience across Citizens.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity and progress.

Measures of Success

  • Growth in net new investment assets in collaboration with Wealth Partners.
  • Growth in new deposits, including checking, savings, and CDs.
  • Growth in lending units and balances through mortgages, home equity lines, and securities-based lending.
  • Client satisfaction as indicated by survey results.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of banking, wealth management, or other relevant equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with affluent and high net worth clients.
  • Required licenses: SIE, Series 6 (or 7) and Series 63 (or 66) at the time of hire; Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses can be obtained within a specified timeline after hire.
  • Demonstrated success in a client-centric, initiative-taking sales environment.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners.
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements to ensure a sound control environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Licenses

  • SIE, Series 6 (or 7) and Series 63 (or 66)
  • Life, Health, and Accident Insurance licenses can be obtained within a defined timeline after hire

Compensation

Salary plus incentive compensation. The base salary is commensurate with experience.

Hours and Work Schedule

40 hours per week. Work schedule typically Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday hours.
