As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will work with existing Schwab clients to deliver wealth management and financial planning guidance. Over time, you’ll grow your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. If you already hold a securities license, enjoy collaboration in a team setting, and share our commitment to servicing clients, this role is for you.

What you have
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
- Anticipated requirement to obtain FINRA Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses during tenure
- Pursuant to SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry and remain in good standing, including completing the required background check

- Ability to build strong relationships, foster trust, and deepen client engagement by applying a focused client communication strategy and exceeding expectations
- Willingness to leverage Schwab specialists, follow Schwab advice guidelines, apply market knowledge, and inspire clients to progress toward their goals
- Openness to manage clients’ wealth across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning
- Ability to adapt and implement change as market and business conditions evolve
- Passion for community engagement and discussing market conditions, sound investing principles, and long-term wealth strategies with clients
- Desire to deliver an outstanding investor experience while pursuing ongoing professional development in Wealth Management
