Your opportunity
This role belongs to the Branch Network and focuses on delivering Wealth Management services to individuals and families to meet their financial objectives. Working with the Senior Wealth Consultant, the Wealth Consultant Partner helps build and oversee a high-net-worth wealth management practice. Responsibilities include servicing clients, expanding relationships, and providing guidance to practice clients supported by the Sr. Financial Consultant. The position also drives business development opportunities by partnering with the Sr. WC to pursue growth initiatives.

In addition to a base salary (range posted), this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities. On-site collaboration is essential, and the selected candidate is expected to work on site in Orlando. Candidates must currently reside in Orlando, FL.
Required minimum skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Valid Series 7 license required
- Valid Series 66 (63/65) license required (may be obtained as a condition of employment)
- Notary certification (may be obtained after hire)
- Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience strongly preferred
- Client-focused with the ability to strengthen and retain relationships
- Results-driven, self-motivated, with integrity and a strong work ethic and passion for helping clients
- Demonstrated experience handling client concerns with tact and diplomacy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize
- Aptitude for identifying new relationship development opportunities
- Genuine interest in staying current on market events and understanding implications for clients
- Ability to uncover client needs and manage expectations effectively
- Adaptability to changing environmental, economic, and client needs
- Operational and/or project management experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain cross-enterprise working relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Advanced technical skills, with the ability to use multiple applications concurrently (Windows, web research, databases, email)
- Collaborative and team-based work style
- Ability to retain and apply complex information with ease
- Commitment to understanding and adhering to applicable policies and procedures and applying ethical standards to all business activities
- Maintain the highest ethical standards in professional conduct to avoid even the appearance of impropriety
- Minimum time-in-position requirement: 2 years
- Per SAFE Act requirements, all employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the NMLS registry and remain in good standing, including completing the required background check and registration
