Role Overview
Based in Sidney, Ohio 45365, the Affluent Wealth Banker will lead the overall experience for affluent clients, coordinating with relevant bank specialists to deliver a complete range of U.S. Bank products and services. This includes coordinating with mortgage professionals, small business banking specialists, and personal trust services as needed. You will develop, manage, and retain relationships within Affluent Wealth Management through proactive outreach to both assigned and prospective clients, providing guidance that aligns with their goals and financial needs.
Note: The role requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) under the SAFE Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, and is subject to a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any NMLS requirements could affect the offer or ongoing employment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and retain affluent client relationships within the Affluent Wealth Management program, with proactive client engagement.
- Proactively contact assigned clients and prospects to strengthen the book of business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance focused on clients' needs and goals, recommending appropriate product and service solutions.
- Collaborate with mortgage specialists, small business banking professionals, and personal trust services to deliver a full spectrum of capabilities and solutions.
- Work with internal experts across the bank to ensure the right specialists are engaged to meet client needs.
- Adhere to regulatory and internal standards, including NMLS requirements where applicable.
Qualifications and Licensing
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Seven or more years of experience in Wealth Management private banking
- Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses
Licensing, Registration, and Regulatory Compliance
- The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, with the required registration process including a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet these requirements may result in an offer rescission or termination.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $94,010.00 - $110,600.00. The actual range may differ based on the location of the role.
