A typical day in this role

Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly commercial performance reports covering revenue, margin, volume, pricing, and customer profitability analysis
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasting and budgeting cycles, including pipeline analysis, pricing assumptions, and variance analysis versus plan
Analyze sales trends, pricing performance, mix changes, and volume drivers to identify risks and opportunities
Collaborate with Sales and Operations leaders to validate forecasts, evaluate opportunities, and assess commercial strategies
Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of commercial initiatives, customer expansions, pricing changes, and market shifts
Identify customer and product profitability trends and recommend actions to improve financial performance
Develop and enhance dashboards, revenue models, and reporting tools to improve visibility and forecasting accuracy
