Overview
Forest Hills Financial Group, a member of The Guardian Network, is inviting motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Advisors. This is a hybrid role requiring residency in the New York Metropolitan Market. Our offices are located in New York City, Melville, NY, and New Jersey. The position is hybrid, with a mix of client engagement, in-person meetings, and remote work.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and maintain a client base that values your guidance and expertise.
- Meet with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information.
- Analyze client data to craft a strategy and match appropriate products and services.
- Help clients keep their financial plans current and aligned with their objectives, building long-lasting relationships.

- The Guardian FR contract includes a starting draw of $24,000; new Financial Professionals in their first four years typically earn $90,000–$100,000 per year on average, including first-year and renewal commissions; renewal commissions begin in year two.

Requirements
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
- A four-year college degree (Preferred)
- Obtain appropriate licensing
Pay
Compensation is commission-based with bonus opportunities.
