Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated RV Finance Manager to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in RV or automotive financing, insurance products, and regulatory compliance. You’ll guide customers through the financing journey while maximizing profitability and upholding our standards of transparency and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain financing options, extended warranties, service contracts, and protection products
- Secure competitive financing through banks, credit unions, and lending partners
- Ensure all deals are structured accurately and comply with state and federal regulations
- Complete and review all finance documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Build strong relationships with lenders and product providers
- Maintain a positive customer experience from approval to delivery
- Work closely with sales and management to improve closing ratios and profitability
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an RV or Automotive Finance Manager (preferred)
- Strong understanding of lending practices, compliance, and F&I products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
