Finance Manager

Location: Dulles, VA • Full-Time • Competitive Compensation + Performance Bonus • Benefits Package

Position Summary

Motorcycles of Dulles is seeking a high-performing Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to co-lead our dealership’s finance and insurance operations. This role is responsible for structuring retail and lease transactions, ethically maximizing profitability per deal, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a premium customer experience consistent with a powersports environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, enthusiastic, process-driven, compliance-focused, and skilled at presenting financial products in a transparent, value-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure and finalize retail installment contracts and lender submissions
• Present and sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, prepaid maintenance, etc.)
• Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
• Achieve target performance metrics (PVR, product penetration, approval ratios)
• Accurately complete deal jackets and funding documentation
• Train sales staff on F&I process integration
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive or powersports F&I
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding PVR goals
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements (OFAC, Red Flags, privacy regulations, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency with dealership management systems

Preferred:

• Experience in motorcycle or powersports dealership operations
• Established lender relationships
• Menu-selling system experience

Working Hours

• Tuesday – Friday 10 am to 6 pm (later if customers require attention)
• Saturday 9 am to 4 pm (later if customers require attention)
• Closed - Sunday and Monday
