Financial Services Professional (management fast track- MBA required)

Overview

We are dedicated to prudent financial management and delivering impeccable service. We’re seeking leadership-oriented professionals to join our Fast Track Management Program. This path offers the chance to accelerate toward a management role, with advancement possible within 12 months. Our financial professionals guide clients in building long-term financial strategies using a broad suite of products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds.

Program Structure

As a participant in the Fast Track Management Program, you’ll begin as a financial professional to gain practical, hands-on experience. Upon meeting program requirements, you can transition into management as an Associate Partner, responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also enter the Associate Partner Training Program, a focused six-month curriculum to prepare you for managerial success.

Eligibility requirements

• MBA completion within the previous 24 months or prior management or business owner experience

Preferred skills

• Life and Health License
• FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 63
• Previous sales experience
