Overview
This regular, on-site role is based in Westlake, Texas (76262) with a hybrid remote arrangement. Schwab Wealth Advisory is Schwab’s premier, fee-based, non-discretionary wealth management program dedicated to delivering exceptional service to help clients reach their financial objectives. As a Concierge for Schwab Wealth Advisory, you will provide premium operational support to Regional Wealth Advisors, Associate Wealth Advisors, and Financial Consultants through active case management across multiple workflows. The organization values integrity, open communication, solid market knowledge, and a passion for client service, and supports ongoing growth and development within Schwab Wealth Advisory.
Your role and impact
As a Concierge, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, tightly connected team of about 10–12 professionals. You’ll play a vital role in supporting advisors and other key business partners through operational requests and case management, delivering extraordinary and consistent service experiences, proactively engaging clients in line with casework, and strengthening relationships across clients and colleagues. You will leverage your financial services experience to address foundational needs related to portfolio management, financial planning, and understanding the broader markets and economy. This position offers a solid foundation in wealth-management support, with your manager focusing on your professional development through coaching and ongoing training to prepare you for future opportunities within Schwab Wealth Advisory.

What you have
To uphold Schwab’s commitment to challenging the status quo, the following qualifications are required and preferred:
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license
- Active and valid FINRA Series 66 or 63/65 licenses (may be obtained with a 120-day COE)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the financial services industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing high-net-worth clients
- Experience supporting financial advisors
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
