Financial Services Professional (management fast track- MBA required)

Overview

New York Life Insurance Company is committed to prudent financial management and exceptional client service. We are seeking individuals with strong leadership potential to join our Fast Track Management Program, which provides an accelerated path to management within 12 months. This program places you in the role of a financial professional to build hands-on experience and, after meeting program requirements, you can advance to management as an Associate Partner.

As a financial professional, you’ll help clients formulate long-term financial strategies using a broad portfolio of products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds. If you progress to Associate Partner, you’ll recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals. You’ll also participate in the six-month Associate Partner Training Program designed to equip you for success as a manager. Location: Pasadena, CA.

What you’ll do

• Begin as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience with clients and products.
• Meet program requirements to transition into management as an Associate Partner.
• In the Associate Partner role, recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals.
• Enroll in and complete the intensive six-month Associate Partner Training Program to prepare for leadership responsibilities.

Eligibility requirements

• MBA completed within the previous 24 months, or
• Prior management or business owner experience

Preferred skills

• Life and Health License
• FINRA registrations; Series 6 or 7 and Series 63
• Previous sales experience
