Job Description
Location: Hybrid remote in Ann Arbor, MI 48105
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education, work experience, or military service
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

A typical day in this role
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly commercial performance reports covering revenue, margin, volume, pricing, and customer profitability analysis
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasting and budgeting cycles, including pipeline analysis, pricing assumptions, and variance analysis versus plan
- Analyze sales trends, pricing performance, mix changes, and volume drivers to identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations leaders to validate forecasts, evaluate opportunities, and assess commercial strategies
- Conduct scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of commercial initiatives, customer expansions, pricing changes, and market shifts
- Identify customer and product profitability trends and recommend actions to improve financial performance
- Develop and enhance dashboards, revenue models, and reporting tools to improve visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Support strategic planning processes by providing data-driven insights into market growth, commercial performance, and competitive positioning
- Drive continuous improvement in commercial reporting, data quality, and forecasting methodologies
