Position Summary

Lead ProAmpac's financial planning and analysis function to support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. The role drives enterprise-wide forecasting, performance management, and strategic insights that optimize resource allocation, enhance profitability, and support long-term growth. Essential Duties and Tasks

Qualifications, Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master's Degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
15 or more years' experience in a related field.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook email, and calendar.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and establish priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
