Financial Analyst (Client Services)

Responsibilities

• Apply accounting, finance, and analytical expertise to financial modeling, valuation analyses, business plan evaluations, and financial statement analysis
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, budgets, and forward-looking projections
• Prepare polished client-facing presentations and written deliverables
• Collaborate directly with client leadership, internal teams, and external advisors across multiple ongoing engagements
• Perform data analytics and structured analyses to support recommendations
• Lead heavy Excel work, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and modeling exercises

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• CPA is a plus, but not required
• Public accounting plus an industry mix or pure industry experience required; candidates with experience strictly in public accounting are not being sought
• Experience at small or middle-market companies strongly preferred
• Experience in lending spaces is a plus
• Exposure to FP&A and financial modeling is highly desirable
• Intellectually curious, sharp, and eager to learn
• Strong Excel skills with a practical test administered

Location, Travel, and Work Arrangement

Location: Hybrid remote in Tampa, FL 33609. In-office four days per week (Friday work-from-home). Travel: approximately 10% (typically 2–3 days at the start of an engagement).
