Overview

RideNow Phoenix is growing its Financial Planning and Analysis team and is in search of a top-tier Senior Financial Analyst who can establish processes, deliver meaningful insights to senior leadership, and drive innovation from the ground up. The right candidate will collaborate with finance, business, and technology partners in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, influence the decisions of business and financial leadership through clear verbal and written communication, and maintain high standards for accuracy, logical reasoning, and strategic thinking. What You Will Do

  • Lead regional financial and business metric reporting and analysis around month-end close and pre/post close activities, identify key drivers, and communicate actionable solutions to business and finance leadership.
  • Manage essential financial processes, including monthly and quarterly reviews, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning cycles.
  • Drive process improvements by designing new models, establishing effective communication methods, and partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Gather, review, and present fact-based insights for senior business and financial leadership, supporting deep analytics efforts.
  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, changing environment with competing deadlines, maintaining a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Perform financial and ad hoc analyses, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Skills and Tools

  • Advanced Excel capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to build financial models for forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with effective written and oral communication.
  • Experience with 3-statement financial statement modeling.
  • Proven ability to drive projects to completion.
  • SQL, DAX, Power BI, and Tableau skills are a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, etc.
  • Experience with reporting and planning software such as Vena, Datarails, Prophix, Workday Adaptive Planning, etc.
  • Familiarity with CDK/Lightspeed and the Powersports or Automotive industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a workstation.
