Senior Financial Analyst

Our client, a respected financial services organization, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to aid operational and financial decision making. The role emphasizes evaluating operating expenses, identifying cost drivers, and partnering with leadership to generate data-driven insights. The position is based in Oklahoma City, OK 73118. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of financial analysis experience, strong Excel and modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operating expenses and identify cost drivers to inform budgeting and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with leadership to provide data driven insights that support operational and financial decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or business analytics
• Experience in financial services is preferred
• Strong understanding of operating expenses, cost allocations, and workforce planning
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and tools such as Power BI or Cube
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross functional teams

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $95,000-$105,000

Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k)
