This Sr. Finance Associate role sits within the Retail Finance organization and is based in Pittsburgh, PA.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Finance Associate to join the Retail Deposits & Fees Finance team, which supports the retail deposit portfolio and deposit-related fee income. This position oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Checking and Time balance portfolios.

Beyond core reporting and forecasting, you will lead ad hoc and strategic analyses to identify trends, explain variances, and assess impacts from new product launches, pricing changes, regulatory developments, economic conditions, and competitive dynamics. You will partner closely with Retail product, control, asset and liability management, and finance leadership teams to deliver clear, actionable financial insight.

What You'll Do

  • Design and prepare timely, transparent, and concise financial reports to support informed decision-making by stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to produce accurate revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts.
  • Derive strategic insights from data to improve budget and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead or support the annual budget cycle and ongoing monthly forecasting; contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans.
  • Provide key financial forecasts, metric-driven dashboards, and strategic business insights to business leaders and executives.
  • Conduct on-demand analysis and generate custom reports to address specific business needs; work independently on implementation and compliance of new accounting and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate audit, regulatory, and investor requests by delivering timely and accurate information; promptly identify and address control matters and maintain robust control processes; may contribute to risk reviews and challenges for the assigned business.
  • Cultivate partnerships across departments to ensure alignment and shared success.
