Key Responsibilities
- Prepare timely, transparent, and concise financial reports to support informed decision making by stakeholders.
- Generate accurate revenue, expense, and staffing forecasts with precision.
- Derive strategic insights from data to improve budget and forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to the annual budget process and ongoing monthly forecasting; assist in developing long-term strategic plans.
- Prepare key financial forecasts, metric-driven performance dashboards, and strategic business insights for leaders and executives.
- Conduct on-demand analysis and create custom reports to meet specific business needs.
- Collaborate with the business on the implementation and compliance of new accounting and regulatory standards.
- Support audit, regulatory, and investor requests by providing timely and accurate information.
- Identify and address control matters promptly and maintain robust control processes.
- Engage with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and shared success.

Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred skills include Account Analysis, Accounting Research, Decision Making, Finance Strategy, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, People Management, Results Orientation, and Tableau.
- Competencies include accuracy and attention to detail, budgeting, business analytics, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, finance and accounting, financial analysis, financial and accounting systems, institutional finance, and managing expenses and finances.
Experience and Education
- Work Experience: Typically requires a university/college degree plus 2 or more years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
