The Associate Financial Advisor focuses on strengthening client relationships, applying planning recommendations, and advancing along a defined career track within a collaborative, professional culture. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 per year, plus performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for designated client households, ensuring proactive service and engagement.
- Conduct regular reviews, refresh financial plans, and implement recommended strategies.
- Address ongoing service needs, inquiries, and follow-ups to sustain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with the firm's values and planning approach.
- Prepare meeting materials, planning analyses, and post-meeting summaries to support informed decisions.
- Assist senior advisors with complex planning tasks across retirement, tax, insurance, and estate planning.
- Identify planning gaps, uncover opportunities, and schedule proactive touchpoints with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide integrated client solutions and coordinated service.
- Engage in referral development and onboarding of new clients to support growth initiatives.
- Progress toward leading full client relationships as performance and experience grow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
- Fully licensed (Series 7 and 66 or equivalent) with CFP not required but preferred or in progress.
- Insurance License, Life/Health.
- Proven track record of meeting directly with clients and prospects.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in business development and relationship growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism.
- Desire to grow into a senior advisory role over time.
