Overview

Financial Consultants will focus on building client relationships around personal Retirement Accounts, providing education and guidance tailored to each client’s needs. The role involves reviewing accounts and presenting retirement account options and solutions, drawing on knowledge of investments, markets, finance, and economic trends to connect clients with appropriate investment and retirement solutions. You will educate current and former participants on investment and risk-based options, and serve as the primary support contact for internal and external clients, addressing questions and resolving issues with transactional and navigational assistance. You will also share information about benefit events related to personal Retirement Accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships regarding personal Retirement Accounts, offering education and guidance aligned with individual needs.
- Review client accounts and present retirement account options and solutions.
- Demonstrate expertise in investments, markets, finance, and economic conditions, with the ability to refer appropriate investment and retirement solutions.
- Provide education on investment and risk-based solutions to current and former participants.
- Serve as the primary support contact for internal and external clients, answering questions and resolving problems; provide transactional and navigational support.
- Share benefit event information related to personal Retirement Accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher required.
- Licenses: SIE, Series 7, Series 66 or 63/65 required.
- Experience in Advanced Planning or CFP licenses would be great but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen, gather information, and understand customer issues.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and to use search tools to find information.
- Knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures, ideally within a call center environment.

- Pay: $65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
- Location: Remote
- Hybrid arrangement: If located in the Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA areas
