If you enjoy interacting with customers and want to shape deals from the early stages, this opportunity is for you. Northwest Premier Auto Sales is seeking standout F&I leaders to assume a high‑impact, leadership role in a hybrid desk Manager and Finance capacity. You will be involved early to ensure the customer is aligned with the right vehicle while maximizing finance potential. Expect to drive innovative strategies that elevate Finance and Insurance performance, coach the sales team, and collaborate closely with the General Manager and BDC department to deliver exceptional dealership results. The focus is on selling and maximizing financial potential rather than merely handling paperwork. This position is based in Wenatchee, WA 98801 and requires hands‑on leadership that can engage with customers wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the dealership F&I strategy to achieve high deal volume, strong PVR, rapid transaction speed, and satisfied staff and clients.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set objectives and maximize F&I performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Northwest Premier Auto sales F&I policies and procedures.
  • Provide daily reporting on F&I performance.
  • Maintain CIT and cash management on a daily basis.
  • Work directly with customers, salespeople, and managers on deals.
  • Implement action plans for underperforming sales staff.
  • Conduct daily in-store training.
  • Lead onboarding for in-store sales managers.
  • Perform F&I test-outs for sales staff.
  • Support company initiatives and ensure legal compliance.
  • Handle other assigned duties and projects.
  • Manage F&I performance to expectations with 100 percent compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Oversee F&I related receivable schedules and compliance with manufacturer incentive programs.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in a managerial role with strong leadership experience.
  • Minimum 3 years as an F&I Manager (not a Sales Manager).
  • At least 1 year of F&I experience required.
  • High energy, technology‑focused mindset, strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and interruptions.
  • Positive attitude and effective team player.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Proficient in computer systems and contemporary transaction tools.
  • Skilled in securing approvals across all credit profiles with deep knowledge of deal structures for both new and used vehicle transactions.

Compensation and Location

Pay: $3,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
