Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor to join Viator Wealth Management. The right candidate will deliver seasoned financial guidance to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business clients, supporting them in achieving their financial goals. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive investment plans, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
- Serve as the Servicing Advisor for existing practice clients.
- Design and implement thorough investment plans, including investment, tax, estate planning strategies, and retirement planning.
- Conduct financial analyses and provide recommendations on investment strategies, asset allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with attorneys and accountants to deliver integrated financial solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and marketing efforts.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
- Mentor and support junior financial advisors in their professional development.
- Participate in business development and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFP or CIMA; hold active Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in investment planning and wealth management.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge of investment planning software and related technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing book of business with transferable client relationships is strongly preferred.
- Additional professional certifications such as CAIA, CPA, CFA.
- Experience serving high-net-worth clients.
- Familiarity with investment planning software such as eMoney.
