Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed Associate Financial Advisor to join our expanding wealth management team and progress toward a senior advisor role. This opportunity offers meaningful client interaction, hands-on mentorship, and a defined career path within a well-established firm. You will work directly with senior advisors, gradually assumes lead responsibilities with client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts at Resilient Wealth Planning.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned client households
- Conduct regular reviews, update financial plans, and implement recommendations
- Manage ongoing service needs, questions, and follow ups
- Ensure an exceptional client experience reflecting Resilient Wealth Planning’s values and planning philosophy
- Prepare meeting materials, planning analyses, and follow up summaries
- Support senior advisors with complex planning work including retirement, tax, insurance, and estate considerations
- Identify planning gaps, opportunities, and proactive touchpoints
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions
- Participate in referral development and new client onboarding
- Progress toward leading full client relationships as performance and experience grow
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management or financial services
- Fully licensed (Series 7 and 66 or equivalent required; CFP® preferred or in progress)
- Insurance License, Life/Health
- Proven experience meeting directly with clients and prospects
- Demonstrated interest or experience in business development and relationship growth
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with high professionalism
- Desire to grow into a senior advisory role over time

- Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
