Role Overview
The Financial Sales Manager will recruit, train, and oversee a team of financial professionals, playing a pivotal leadership role in revenue growth, client-centered solutions, and building a strong, collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors and insurance professionals
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve production goals
- Provide hands-on coaching in client relationship management and solution-based selling
- Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and ensure accountability
- Promote Secure Financial Group’s values, services, and mission within the community
- Stay current with product knowledge, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of insurance, retirement planning, and investment solutions
- Active Life & Health Insurance License; Series 65; 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client success and team development
