Overview
We are looking for a motivated, experienced Financial Advisor who builds strong client relationships to join our growing team. This role is well suited for someone who genuinely cares about people, values long term partnerships, and believes that exceptional service drives growth. You will step into an established book of business, with the primary responsibility of servicing, maintaining, and deepening existing client relationships. Growth is expected to come organically through outstanding client care, thoughtful planning, and identifying natural opportunities, not through cold calling or aggressive sales tactics.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain a portion of the owner’s existing book of business, including client meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing financial planning support.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships by understanding clients’ goals, values, and life changes.
- Build trusted, long term relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and delivering personalized advice.
- Prepare, process, and submit all client paperwork accurately and in a timely manner for clients personally advised.
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Series 7 license required, Series 66 license preferred but can be obtained within six months of the hire date.
- Prior experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client facing financial services role.
- Deeply client focused; committed to doing what is right, not just what sells.
- Organized, detail oriented, and diligent in follow-through.
- Willingness to handle own client paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Strong communicator who can explain investing and wealth management in a clear, approachable way.
- Team player who values collaboration and contributes positively to workplace culture.
