Job Description
Overview
A high-growth wealth management firm is expanding its Private Client Advisory team and seeks a skilled professional to contribute during this exciting phase. This position suits an experienced advisor who thrives on direct client engagement while helping to develop the next generation of talent.
Compensation
Base salary in the range of $150,000 to $165,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus.
Location & Schedule
Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. This is a full-time, in-office, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families
- Provide holistic financial planning and portfolio guidance
- Enhance client retention and growth through exceptional service
- Identify and develop new client opportunities
- Mentor junior advisors and support team development
- Collaborate with internal investment and planning teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor (required)
- Active Series 65 license required
- Proven experience in a fee-based advisory model (RIA preferred)
- Experience working with $500K+ client portfolios (HNW preferred)
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Interest in mentoring and contributing to a team-driven culture
- 401(k) or retirement plan experience is a plus
- Stable career track record
