About the Role
We are seeking a Private Wealth Financial Planner to take a central role in delivering comprehensive strategies and an exceptional client experience. You will lead and support advanced planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families while elevating the firm’s overall planning culture.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead planner for ultra-high-net-worth and complex client relationships
- Develop, present, and maintain comprehensive financial plans covering retirement, tax, estate, risk management, and investment planning
- Translate complex strategies into clear, actionable recommendations
- Build trusted, long-term relationships through proactive communication and high-touch service
- Participate in and lead client meetings, reviews, and follow-up strategy implementation
- Ensure a seamless, white-glove client experience
- Collaborate with advisors and external professionals (CPAs, estate attorneys, etc.) on advanced planning strategies
- Contribute to sophisticated planning opportunities that support revenue growth and deepen client relationships
- Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and planning projections and align investment strategies with comprehensive plans
- Contribute to firm-wide planning standards and best practices
- Support internal education around financial planning strategies
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, technology, and workflows
- Help drive organic growth through exceptional service and referrals
Qualifications
- CFP designation required
- Series 65 preferred
- 3–5+ years of advanced financial planning experience, preferably with ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Strong technical knowledge across retirement, tax, estate, and investment planning
- Experience presenting financial plans directly to clients
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
- Knowledgeable in Excel, eMoney, tax, and planning software

Compensation, Benefits & Location
Salary: $140,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
