Overview

A fast growing wealth management practice seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor (RIA) to serve high net worth clients from the Lafayette, California area. The role offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 plus a performance bonus. It is ideal for a seasoned advisor who enjoys direct client collaboration while contributing to the development of junior talent amid a period of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families
  • Provide holistic financial planning and portfolio guidance
  • Support client retention and growth through exceptional service
  • Identify and cultivate new client opportunities
  • Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team development
  • Collaborate with internal investment and planning teams

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor (required)
  • Active Series 65 license required
  • Proven experience in a fee-based advisory model (RIA preferred)
  • Experience working with $500K+ client portfolios (HNW preferred)
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Interest in mentoring and contributing to a team driven culture
  • 401(k) or retirement plan experience is a plus
  • Stable career track record
