Overview
A fast growing wealth management practice seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor (RIA) to serve high net worth clients from the Lafayette, California area. The role offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 plus a performance bonus. It is ideal for a seasoned advisor who enjoys direct client collaboration while contributing to the development of junior talent amid a period of expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families
- Provide holistic financial planning and portfolio guidance
- Support client retention and growth through exceptional service
- Identify and cultivate new client opportunities
- Mentor junior advisors and contribute to team development
- Collaborate with internal investment and planning teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor (required)
- Active Series 65 license required
- Proven experience in a fee-based advisory model (RIA preferred)
- Experience working with $500K+ client portfolios (HNW preferred)
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Interest in mentoring and contributing to a team driven culture
- 401(k) or retirement plan experience is a plus
- Stable career track record
