- Digital Tools: Access to day-to-day resources and expert guidance, along with a suite of digital sales, prospecting, and marketing tools to attract and retain clients through web, social, and email content.
- Products & Solutions: A broad range of offerings including life insurance, annuities, long-term care, disability income insurance, and investment products such as mutual funds via NYLIFE Securities LLC (FINRA and SIPC member), a Licensed Insurance Agency. You can specialize as a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, providing wealth management, estate planning, and business solutions.
- Human Guidance: Strong peer support, mentorship, study groups, and opportunities to connect with fellow insurance professionals.
Compensation
$100,000 plus at plan earnings.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new prospects consistently and establish relationships as a trusted advisor for new clients.
- Research and tailor financial advice aligned with client risk tolerance and objectives.
- Engage clients to educate them on planning for the future and preparation for life events or uncertainties.
- Cultivate relationships to help family members or individuals pursue financial security.
- Grow your network by participating in community and professional groups.
- Aim to add about 50 new clients per year.
- Work with business owners to implement employee retention and succession planning strategies.
- Continue expanding knowledge within the financial industry by following the training curriculum and pursuing specializations.
- Assess each client’s potential life and financial needs to craft an individualized strategy using suitable products and services.
- Leverage marketing and social media tools to identify, pursue, and secure new clients who can benefit from professional financial guidance.

- Sales experience is strongly preferred.

- Valid FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63/66 preferred but not required.
