You will collaborate directly with senior finance leadership while supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting across multiple U.S. entities. The package includes a competitive annual salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, along with health insurance and paid time off. Fluency in English and Korean is required, and the position offers growth potential in a fast‑paced corporate finance environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecast updates
- Conduct monthly variance analyses and share actionable insights with leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long‑term planning
- Analyze cash flow to inform operational decisions
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes
- Prepare and present financial reports to global leadership
- Reconcile differences between US GAAP and IFRS and explain variances
- Collaborate with teams to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Strengthen internal controls and refine financial processes
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
- Fluency in English and Korean is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP
- Analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
