Overview
MDMartin LLC invites a Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join a globally connected entertainment organization. The role directly supports senior finance leadership and coordinates financial operations across multiple U.S. entities.
What You’ll Do
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and present findings to senior leadership
- Develop financial models and contribute to long-term strategic planning
- Perform cash flow analysis to guide operational decisions
- Accounting & Reporting
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare and deliver financial reports to global leadership
- Reconcile and analyze differences between US GAAP and IFRS
- Collaborate with teams to oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Internal Controls & Compliance
- Support internal and external audits
- Help strengthen internal controls and financial processes
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
- Bilingual in English and Korean is required
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
- Strong understanding of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS preferred
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
