Financial Analyst ( Media & subscription service )

Role Overview

Harvey Nash is seeking a Financial Analyst V to support financial management for a media and subscription service. Reporting to the Director of PR Operations & Talent Relations for Client TV+, this position provides strategic operational support for budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders and daily invoices across global Publicity, Studio Communications, Talent Relations, Awards and Events.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic operational support to budgeting, reporting, forecasting, purchase orders and daily invoices across global Publicity, Studio Communications, Talent Relations, Awards and Events.
• Ensure timely reporting and analyze actuals versus budgets to maintain accuracy and quickly resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Finance, Travel, Business Affairs and Legal, to create and vet budgets and resolve issues for an efficient process.
• Assist in contract review and cost analysis in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
• Manage vendor and external partner setup in coordination with Procurement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in strategic billing and purchase order development and execution within the entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of tracking budgets and financial planning.
• Ability to determine resources, track costs and establish partnerships across Client TV+, Client Original Films and Client Studios.
• Proactive thinker who can prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.

Education
