Key Responsibilities
- Support global cash management by preparing and analyzing daily cash positions across the globe and advising on borrowing or investment actions, including funds transfers and intercompany loan activity.
- Maintain global bank accounts by preparing resolutions, coordinating authorized signers, and reviewing accounts for business necessity. Administer the intercompany loan program and coordinate with Tax on loan agreements and reporting.
- Implement and supervise foreign currency hedging strategies by evaluating exposures, executing transactions, and reporting on hedging programs while ensuring alignment with accounting and tax requirements.
- Identify and execute interest rate risk management strategies by overseeing derivative markets, managing banking relationships, and partnering with Capital Markets to deploy derivatives.
- Develop and implement consolidated debt funding strategies including commercial paper and long-term debt, considering market conditions, accounting, tax, legal, and covenant parameters.
- Support the administration of committed credit facilities through coordination with banks, credit rating agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge of bank guarantees and letters of credit, including use cases, cost, and associated risks.
- Develop knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Treasury functionality, including interfaces, procedures, and systems related to cash management, currency risk management, and debt management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum five years of proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, or decision support.
- MBA and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication and collaboration across global participants.
- Strong accounting proficiency, including awareness of evolving derivative accounting standards.
- Curiosity and drive to learn and master treasury-related topics.
