Responsibilities

Own end-to-end financial analytics for the Consumer division, guiding scope, modeling, analysis, and delivery.
Develop and maintain complex financial and operational models, primarily in Excel, serving as the foundation for decision-making.
Develop sales and marketing forecasts, including volume, conversion, and unit economics assumptions.
Design and maintain automated dashboards and reporting pipelines, with increasing use of Power BI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence/data analytics.
Strong Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, charts, variance analysis) and experience with Power BI.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell clear, compelling data stories for senior audiences.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a track record of ownership and driving growth.
Bonus points for experience with budgeting/forecasting software, sales pipeline forecasting in consumer products or insurance/benefits, or advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA).

Position Purpose

Budget and Latest Estimate Process

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

3-5 years financial experience in a CPG environment
