This onsite role in Miami Lakes oversees the end-to-end integration of newly acquired physician practices, coordinating across finance, revenue cycle, HR, operations, and IT to smoothly onboard practices into the MSO infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Due Diligence & Acquisition Readiness: serves as the primary finance lead for pre-acquisition diligence, participates in management meetings and diligence calls to assess operational and financial risks, directs third-party diligence teams to ensure financial information is captured, challenged, and evaluated, and reviews Quality of Earnings to identify liabilities and mitigation opportunities.
Operational Integration Management: owns the end-to-end financial integration of acquired practices across major workstreams within the defined timeline, including onboarding activities, kickoff meetings, and onsite visits with the acquired team; conducts walkthroughs to identify internal control gaps, optimization opportunities, financial risks, and operational considerations essential for a successful integration; oversees banking-related integration workstreams.
Financial Reporting, Analysis & Strategic Support: collaborates with the Data Analytics team to develop reporting from EMR/PM systems and delivers actionable insights to inform strategic decisions; partners with external consultants on ad hoc due diligence, valuation projects, audit assistance, tax matters, and special analyses; drives standardization and scalability across a multi-state, multi-site practice portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree is a plus.
CPA license strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or due diligence/transaction advisory roles; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Prior experience in a PE-backed environment or with M&A integration strongly preferred.
Proficiency in EMR/PM systems (AthenaOne, Modmed, eCW, Greenway, or CareCloud) preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across clinical, operational, and finance teams.
