Responsibilities

- Conduct quantitative research to evaluate property values, considering construction quality, age, location, and market demand.
- Prepare clear, thorough financial reports and appraisal summaries that communicate findings effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Apply financial concepts and analysis techniques, including accounting principles and tax experience, to support valuation accuracy.
- Ensure all appraisals adhere to ethical standards established by industry authorities.

Qualifications
- Valid PA State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license with active certification status.
- Proven experience in real estate appraisal with a strong understanding of construction practices and building materials.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and quantitative methods relevant to property valuation.
- Familiarity with GIS technology for spatial data analysis and mapping applications.
