In this role, you’ll provide clients with financial guidance while building lasting relationships based on trust and mutual goals. As a Financial Consultant, you’ll work with the firm’s existing clients, delivering wealth management and financial planning guidance. Over time, you’ll broaden your practice through asset consolidation, networking, and client referrals. If you currently hold a securities license, enjoy teamwork, and share a passion for serving clients, this role is for you.
What you have
- Active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- During your tenure, you will need to obtain FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance license.
Preferred qualifications
- Ability to establish strong client relationships, foster trust, and deepen engagement by applying a focused communication strategy that exceeds client expectations.
- Comfort with leveraging Schwab specialists, adhering to advice guidelines, applying market knowledge, and inspiring action to help clients progress toward their goals.
- Willingness to oversee client wealth across areas including Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
- Adaptability to change as market conditions and business needs evolve.
- Passion for community involvement to discuss market conditions and prudent investing principles tailored to clients’ circumstances.
- Desire to deliver an exceptional investor experience while pursuing ongoing professional development in Wealth Management.
