Job Description

Senior Accountant position onsite in Lakewood, NJ, joining Eminent Care Group's corporate finance team to oversee financial reporting across multiple facilities and support multi-facility operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review financial statements for multiple facilities
Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support audits and regulatory financial reporting
Monitor cash flow and intercompany transactions
Collaborate with facility Administrators and corporate leadership

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years of accounting experience in healthcare or SNF environments
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting is preferred
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
