Role Overview

Our client, a prominent player in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join the Finance Department. The role focuses on supporting procurement processes and ensuring financial compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, and a proactive approach within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Location and Compensation

Location: Foster City, CA 94404

Pay Rate: $69 per hour plus benefits

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate purchase requisitions to confirm adherence to accounting policies and proper structure.
Engage with business owners to gather additional information and clarify requisition details.
Review agreements and contracts for accurate PR structure and coding purposes.
Re-structure PRs and POs based on updated policies and guidelines.
Guide and support business teams on procurement requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 8 to 10 years of experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
