Finance Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Our client, a prominent player in autonomous mobility, is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join the Finance Department. The role focuses on supporting procurement processes and ensuring financial compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, and a proactive approach within a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Location and Compensation

Location: Foster City, CA 94404

Pay Rate: $69 per hour plus benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate purchase requisitions to confirm adherence to accounting policies and proper structure.
• Engage with business owners to gather additional information and clarify requisition details.
• Review agreements and contracts for accurate PR structure and coding purposes.
• Re-structure PRs and POs based on updated policies and guidelines.
• Guide and support business teams on procurement requirements and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 8 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
