Role overview
Part-Time Finance Advisor / CFO‑level support role for a multi-state real estate investment company, focused on financial visibility, KPI tracking, and strategic oversight across multiple entities.
Responsibilities
- Review and organize financial records
- Prepare accurate monthly P&L statements and reports
- Provide clarity on cash flow and overall profitability
- Advise on deal‑level financials (flip vs. buy‑and‑hold)
- Build dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Track and analyze: Cost per lead (CPL)
- Track and analyze: Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- Track and analyze: Overall cost of operations
- Evaluate lead quality and conversion performance
- Identify which marketing channels and ads are performing best
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and ROI across the business
Requirements
- Strong background in finance, accounting, or CFO‑level strategy
- Experience with real estate investments preferred
- Experience tracking KPIs, marketing performance, and business metrics
- Comfortable working with multi‑entity financials and cash flow
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Tech‑savvy with spreadsheets, accounting software, and CRMs
