Home Offer 365 is a growing real estate investment firm operating across multiple states, specializing in wholesale, fix-and-flip, and rental properties. We close roughly 15 deals per month across 10 states and continue to scale. In addition to our core operations, we run four extra companies alongside multiple entities and partnerships, creating a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment.

Role Overview

The Finance Advisor will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial visibility and guiding strategic decision making across the organization. This position provides CFO-level support to bring structure, clarity, and oversight to all financial activities.

Responsibilities

Review and organize financial records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Prepare accurate monthly profit and loss statements and accompanying reports
Provide clear insights into cash flow and overall profitability
Advise on deal level financials for flips versus buy-and-hold strategies
Build dashboards and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor and analyze: cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and overall operating costs
Evaluate lead quality and conversion performance
Identify top performing marketing channels and advertising efforts
Recommend improvements to increase efficiency and ROI across the business

Qualifications

Strong background in finance, accounting, or CFO-level strategy
Experience with real estate investments is preferred
Proven ability to track KPIs, marketing performance, and business metrics
Comfort working with multi-entity financials and cash flow management
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
Tech-savvy with spreadsheets, accounting software, and CRMs

Job Details

Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour plus a monthly performance-based bonus
Location: Lebanon, PA (HQ) with remote flexibility available
Work Location: In person
Hours: Part-Time with a flexible schedule
