JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Home Lending Relationship Manager II to join its on-site team in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will help gather, analyze, and present data to shape housing policy recommendations for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, while supporting Relationship Managers in strategic communications with internal partners and government agencies. The position offers a path to deepen expertise in GSE policy and agency relationship management over time.

Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers to strengthen the firm’s advocacy, strategic engagement, and influence with the agencies and trade groups
- Compile performance analyses from investor scorecards, industry articles, and internal data
- Interpret data and trends to assist in developing housing policy recommendations
- Create briefing documents to prepare Senior Leaders for engagements with the agencies and trade groups
- Attend meetings to capture priorities and next steps, including periodic discussions with Agency Relationship Managers and the GSEs to deepen issue knowledge
- Examine agency scoring tools for review with Home Lending partners
- Assist in maintaining a strong control environment related to Agency policy, procedures, investor bulletins/announcements, and other communications
- Develop and build relationships with internal partners and trade groups to advocate for change through collaboration
- Review policy changes and prepare comparisons across agencies to support alignment efforts
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac policy requirements
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to understand and develop the skills needed to independently manage agency relationships
Requirements
- 3+ years of Home Lending experience with a drive to deepen understanding of the housing industry, including originations, servicing, and capital markets
- Ability to manage complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs
- Strategic thinker capable of identifying problems and recommending thoughtful, diplomatic solutions
- Strong communication skills to convey analytical insight and engage with internal and external partners
- Self-motivated and confident, able to take ownership and drive change through innovation; eager for future growth within Agency Relations
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-changing environment to meet deadlines
- Highly collaborative with strong relationship-building and communication skills
