As a Financial Consultant, you’ll work with the existing Schwab client base, delivering wealth management and financial planning guidance. Over time, you’ll expand your practice through client asset consolidation, networking, and referrals. If you already hold a securities license, enjoy collaborating in a team setting, and share our dedication to client service—this position is for you.

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- An active FINRA Series 7 license is required.
- Eligibility to obtain FINRA Series 66 (63/65) and Life & Health Insurance licenses during tenure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- The ability to build meaningful relationships, foster trust, and deepen client connections through focused communication while consistently surpassing expectations.
- Willingness to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, adhere to Schwab advice guidelines, apply market knowledge, and inspire action to help clients reach their goals.
- Willingness to manage clients’ wealth across Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
- Adaptability to implement changes as market conditions and business needs evolve.
- Passion for community engagement and engaging clients in discussions about market conditions, sound investing principles, and long-term wealth strategies tailored to their circumstances.
- A strong desire to deliver an exceptional investor experience while advancing your own professional development in Wealth Management.
