Overview
Strategic Finance & Transformation Manager – SaaS / High-Growth. What You'll Do
- Lead strategic initiatives from problem definition through solution design, using data and financial insights to support recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI and automation to enhance planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, streamline processes, and advance initiatives.
- Support leadership with scenario modeling, business cases, and decision-making frameworks.
- Integrate insights from business operations and SaaS metrics to drive efficiency, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate on transformation efforts, including implementing new systems, processes, or tools to reduce manual work.
- Mentor and manage a small team (1–2 direct reports), guiding on strategy and execution.
Who You Are
- 5–10+ years of experience in strategy, finance operations, consulting, or analytics, ideally within a SaaS/tech environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key performance metrics.
- Experience in strategy consulting or transformation roles, with the ability to define problems, analyze data, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, analytics, or scenario planning.
- Curiosity and experience with AI tools, automation, or workflow improvement.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to senior leaders.
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive compensation, commensurate with experience:
- Base: $132,900 – $166,100 USD (US, excluding Bay Area & NYC)
- Base: $144,000 – $180,000 USD (US, Bay Area & NYC)
- Equity/Stock: $56,000 – $84,000 USD (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff)

Location & Work Arrangement
