The Opportunity

This position provides a pathway to advance within automotive accounting. Training is available for the right candidate, and a solid foundation in automotive office operations and payroll will be supported with development resources to position you for long-term success.

Responsibilities

Support the Controller with day-to-day accounting and the month-end close process
Administer full-cycle payroll and benefits for dealership staff
Lead onboarding and hiring activities
Reconcile multiple accounts and schedules and handle product cancellations
Assist with oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintain accurate records in the dealership management system (DMS)
Prepare reports and contribute to financial analysis as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Experience in an automotive dealership office setting
Payroll processing experience
Minimum of three years in a dealership office environment
