Compensation, benefits and qualifications

Compensation: commissions with uncapped earnings, residual income, incentive programs, a training allowance, and bonuses
Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, pension, and group life insurance
Licensing support: Life, Accident & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 63
Education support: financial backing for continued education and credentials (e.g., CFP, RICP, CLU, ChFC)
